Terms and Conditions

When booking with Marshall’s Removals & Storage, you accept the following terms and conditions:

· Final payment is to be made to the team member on completion of the job unless alternative prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.

· A cancellation fee will be issued if cancelled within 72 hours of your booking, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Manager.

· 1.5% surcharge is applied if paid by credit card.

· $50.00 toll charge is applied if toll roads are used.

· An extra charge will be made for pianos and pool tables unless prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.

· If parking restrictions are in place, then it is the Customer’s duty to organise parking permits etc. with the local council. We will not be liable for any parking infringements.

· We will not remove gas bottles, fire arms or any other dangerous goods.

· Pot plants, glass and glass ware are not insured.

· Marshall’s Removals & Storage will not remove possessions that have not been correctly packed and ready to move.

· We have insurance from commencement of the job until completion and any claims must be made before the Team Member leaves the Customer’s premises. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted. It is the Customer’s duty to report any damages to the Team Member before they leave the premises otherwise there is no way to verify that the damages in dispute were caused by Marshall’s Removals & Storage. We do not take responsibility for any pre-existing damage or damage made to contents of boxes and the like, that have been pre packed by the Customer.

· If Marshall’s Removals & Storage accept that it is at fault of damage, repairs will be conducted by repairers appointed by Marshall’s Removals & Storage.
